Why we are doing it

Nature gives us so much; from the food we eat, to the air we breathe and the water we drink, it keeps us healthy and thriving.

Just 20 minutes in nature can boost your mental wellbeing. It can boost our mood, help us cope with stress, reduce anxiety and even raise our confidence.

We think everyone deserves access to nature’s incredible benefits. That’s why Aviva, WWF and Norfolk Rivers Trust launched the Aviva Access to Nature Fund – a fund created to break down barriers for groups struggling to access Norfolk’s rivers and countryside.
