UK nature is in crisis. We're living in one of the 10% most nature-depleted countries in the world.
That's why WWF, the RSPB and the National Trust have come together in their first major campaign, calling for an immediate halt to the destruction of UK nature.
Everyone can get involved to help nature recover and reverse the harm caused over the last two centuries.
Saving Our Wild Isles - The Film
Sir David Attenborough tells a story of hope in a time of crisis for UK nature in Saving Our Wild Isles: a documentary streaming on BBC iPlayer, available now.
Commissioned by WWF, the RSPB and the National Trust, and produced by Silverback Films, the documentary was inspired by the Wild Isles series and shares stories of passionate people across the UK who are working to bring nature back from the brink. It brings to life that the scale and pace of change so urgently needed to save nature in the UK is not only possible – it’s already happening.

Presented by WWF Ambassador and celebrated naturalist, Sir David Attenborough, and produced by Silverback Films – the filmmakers behind the ‘Planet’ documentary series, such as Blue Planet, Our Planet and Green Planet.
