What's in store for the planet report 2024 - methodology
In November 2021, WWF announced the WWF Basket - our ambition to halve the environmental impact of UK shopping baskets by 2030. We published outcomes and measures to define the targets the retail industry should work towards and explain how we’re measuring progress.
Alongside the release of our third annual report, which is an in-depth review of the UK food retail sector’s impact across seven key areas, this methodology document provides an overview of the methodology used for calculating retailers’ progress.
