National Nature-positive pathways to guide policy and private sector action
Nature and its ecosystems underpin our economy. From the food, water, and resources we consume, to the protection we receive from diseases, extreme temperatures or weather events, our economy relies on a healthy natural environment. But with nature in freefall, posing major risks to our economy and financial system, urgent action by both the Government and the private sector is needed to protect and restore nature.
In our latest joint report – National Nature-positive pathways to guide policy and private sector action, WWF-UK and our partner Aviva outline the case for the development of government-endorsed nature-positive sectoral pathways, so that the private sector and the Government can tackle the nature emergency together.
