WWF Cymru Community Grants are open!

Are you a community group with a project or activity focussed on bringing people and nature together? We could support you with a grant to help your community connect with nature.

Why is it important?

Spending time in nature can do wonders for your mental health - boosting your mood, cutting down stress, easing anxiety, and even helping with confidence.

Nature gives us so much, but sometimes, it needs our help.

WWF Cymru is now accepting applications for Community Grants of UP TO £1,000, for projects that bring people and nature together.

What type of projects?

Strength comes from diversity. We want ideas from all parts of Wales!

This year, we encourage applications for projects and activities with a focus on:

  • Activities to boost and support your local biodiversity.
  • Activities that improve access to nature.
  • Projects that work with nature to support mental health and wellbeing.

These could be in the form of community action, events, or workshops. Get creative!
