Level: Moderate - tough (depending on distance)

Take on the Yorkshire Challenge through some of the UK’s more unexplored geography through historic landscapes, and past ancient landmarks. Most will walk, many will jog, some will run, and all have special reasons to push themselves.

Yorkshire Challenge 100 km is a figure-of-8 route, starting & finishing in Nidderdale, deep in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. With half & quarter distance options – there’s a challenge for everyone.

The route and distance options:

Full Island Challenge(100km) – Nidderdale to Nidderdale Loop

1st Half Island Challenge (50km) – Nidderdale to Nidderdale (Northern Loop)

2nd Half Island Challenge (50km) – Nidderdale to Nidderdale (Southern Loop)

1st Quarter Challenge (28km) – Nidderdale to Ripley Castle

Registration fees and sponsorship targets: 

Charity sponsorship - pay a small registration fee and do lots of fundraising  

Full Challenge (100km) - £30 registration fee + £595 in fundraising

Half Challenge (50km) - £20 registration fee + £395 in fundraising

Quarter Challenge (25km) - £10 registration fee + £250 in fundraising

Mixed Funding - pay a higher contribution to the cost of your place and fundraise less

Full Challenge (100km) - £110 registration fee + £330 in fundraising

Half Challenge (50km) - £72.50 registration fee + £218 in fundraising

Quarter Challenge (25km) - £45 registration fee + £135 in fundraising

You will need to raise 50% of your fundraising target at least six weeks before the event in order to confirm your place on the day.
