Join us this International Jaguar Day for a free live lesson

On International Jaguar Day we will be joined by Valeria Boron, Senior Programme Advisor for Latin America and jaguar lead at WWF-UK. Valeria has been studying jaguars and working for their conservation for over a decade, working on conservation programmes in the Brazilian Amazon, the Pantanal and Colombia. 

Audience: 7 – 11 yos in school or home education

During this webinar, Valeria will take us through her experiences of jaguar conservation work with WWF, sharing facts about this amazing animal, where they live and the threats facing them and their habitat. Students will also get a chance to ask Valeria their questions and take part in a jaguar themed quiz.

- Understand the threats faced by jaguars and their habitats. 
- Understand some of the solutions that are underway to help protect jaguars. 
- Give inspiration to students on possible career paths and opportunities.
