Paying In Money You've Raised
How do I pay in the money I've raised?
The quickest and easiest way to pay in the money you've raised is though our website.
Just Giving is another great way to raise money for WWF. If you've already set-up your page, all your donations will automatically be transferred to WWF. If you’ve collected cash donations that you need to pay in, you can also add them to your Just Giving page as 'offline donations’.
Alternatively, you can pay in your donations by cheque or postal order and send it to us in the post. If you've requested a WWF Fundraising Pack, you'll find a form inside your pack that you can use to send in your donations. Or, you can download a form here.
However you choose to pay in your fundraising, do let us know how it went. We love hearing about all your fun and inventive fundraising ideas
What do I get once I pay in the money I've raised?
Once you've paid in your fundraising, we'll send you a letter of thanks to show appreciation for all your kind efforts and support for the work of WWF. We'll also include a certificate to show how much you've raised to support our vital work to protect the natural world.
Can I request for the money to go to a particular area of your work?
In order to reduce administration costs and make sure that we can support programmes most in need, we are unable to restrict your money to a specific area of our work

The WWF Logo and Other Legal Bits & Pieces
Can I use the WWF logo for my fundraising?
We receive a high number of enquiries relating to the usage of our logo and how we respond depends on the specific nature of the enquiry. Our logo is already printed on all the promotional resources included in our fundraising pack too, so your friends and family will know you’re fundraising in aid of WWF!
However, we do have an ‘In Aid of’ WWF logo that can be used by individuals or groups of individuals wanting to raise funds in aid of WWF-UK. In some cases, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can also use the logo. If you'd like to know more about using our 'In Aid of' WWF logo for your fundraising, get in touch here.
Can I collect money in a public place?
If you are planning on street collections or collections on public property then a collection licence is needed which you can obtain through your local authority. It is illegal to conduct this form of cash collection without the proper licence. Please note that door to door collections are not permitted and your licence will not cover you for this type of fundraising. For any events held on private property the manager/owner will need to give you their permission.
